Maintenance

All maintenance issues can be reported to us through Arthur's tenant app. The app lets tenants add a description of the issue and attach useful photographs so we can deal with the issue effectively. The app also lets tenants check issue status and progress so they don’t need to contact us directly. This process is massively efficient, saving both parties a multitude of time.

 

At iLets we offer a modern take on property management and services through our new age management software and tenant app. Our tenant log in gives tenants easy access to their tenancy agreement, documents and their rent account to date. There is also an FAQs and troubleshooting section which allows them to log maintenance issues and communicate with us directly.
